PRESS RELEASE January 4, 2016: Father Koterski, Chair of the Foundation Board of Trustees, joins his fellow Trustees in extending a warm welcome to the Foundation's new Trustees: Mr. George T. Whalen, III, Rev. George W. Rutler, S.T.D., Ms. Meg Lyons, and Mr. Farnham Collins.
Mr. Whalen is President of the Bank of Millbrook and holds senior positions in George T. Whalen Real Estate and George T. Whalen Insurance Agency. He holds a degree from Siena College and earned his MBA from Syracuse University. He is active on five local community organizations including the Millbrook School.
Rev. Rutler is a priest of the Archdiocese of NY, Pastor of the Church of St. Michael's in Manhattan, and author of over 20 books. He is a frequent speaker and since 1988, his weekly TV program has been broadcast worldwide on EWTN. He was also a personal friend of Mr. Chauncey Stillman, founder of the Foundation, who died in 1989.
Ms. Lyons, CPA is a Senior Manager in Corporate Tax for a Fortune 100 company.
Mr. Collins is Principal of the Collins Capital Management Company since 1985. He is also Governor, and current President, of the Millbrook Hunt Club. He is a graduate of Millbrook School, Princeton University and Trinity College. He also served as an Officer in the US Navy. He is co-founder, Trustee and Board President of the Dutchess Land Conservancy. He is also a past Board Chair of both Dutchess Day School and Sharon Hospital.
